Pay with card, debit, or transfer through Mercado Pago. The payment goes directly to the professional.
Step 05
Before entering, test your camera and microphone, confirm your preparation checklist, and receive a reassurance message.
Step 06
Real-time medical or psychological care with encrypted video. Your professional already has your background at hand.
Step 07
Upon completion, you receive your prescription, certificate, or referral in PDF with a digital signature and QR validation code.
Step 08
You receive a follow-up email with indications, satisfaction survey, and suggestion for your next control.
